Mila Halas is an emerging creative director and stylist. Her practice combines fashion photography, sculptural styling and surreal still life to explore how clothing, the body and space can communicate emotion. Drawn to distorted proportions, tactile contrasts and unexpected details, she creates imagery that feels refined yet slightly unsettling.

Mila’s process often begins with a feeling or observation she cannot express directly. She builds a visual world around it using garments, objects, colour, movement and architectural settings. Her work explores the tension between control and vulnerability, placing severe silhouettes alongside exposed skin and delicate materials. Influenced by expressive fashion imagery and the relationship between brutalist architecture and clothing, she uses familiar forms in unfamiliar ways.
